Users can selectively or entirely delete annotations in their projects.
- Go to the main project menu
- Click on Remove | Annotations…:
- Select the annotations you want to delete:
- Choose relevant documents (all documents, search result list…)
- Choose annotation creator(s)
- Confirm the action
- The annotations will be automatically deleted and documents re indexed by the search engine.
This is also possible to remove annotations belonging to a label
- Go to the Labels view
- Select the labels to delete – This will delete all annotations belonging to each label
- Click on the trash and then confirm the action
