Publications on AI for internal auditing practices are few and far between, and therefore deserve a mention. In Repères 2024 (Editions La Découverte), a PhD student and an associate professor at Paris-Dauphine University, a partner at Grant Thornton France, Hayk Hovhannisyan, Beatrice Bon Michelet, Nicolas Gasnier-Duparc, have written a report on the subject of:"The impact … Continue reading AI for internal audit – a promising start
Tag: Relation extraction
Relation extraction aims to extract relations between entities. It is a subset of natural language processing techniques. In a graph data base the nodes are entities while the edges represent the relations between these entities.
Relationship extraction is complex and historically required a database contained relationships from which a model can learn. Recently new approached leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) have emerged.
The technique is used to enrich knowledge graphs.

Why natural language processing (NLP) platforms save over 80% of your time Impressive recent progress in Natural Language Processing (NLP) models, for a large majority coming from the open sourced community, do not necessarily go hand in hand with delivering business value for domain experts. ROI of NLP platforms are judged by the requirement to … Continue reading ROI of NLP platforms
Kairntech and Fraunhofer SCAI presented joint work on knowledge graph creation during a webinar on June 8, 2022 You can find the recording of the webinar here. Harvesting the knowledge about the interactions between genes, proteins, drugs and diseases from scientific literature is a labor-intensive task. Knowledge graph databases are a powerful tool to allow … Continue reading Automatic knowledge graph creation from scientific Literature
June 8th, 2022 @ 4pm CET Register to the webinar Knowledge Graphs are a powerful and increasingly popular approach to represent complex knowledge and to support analysis and the discovery of new facts.
