Its behavior can be customized via <a href=\"https:\/\/sherpa-sandbox.kairntech.com\/sherpa\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Kairntech Studio<\/strong><\/a> user interface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to build a Kairntech Chatbot?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Create <\/strong>a Question-answering project in Kairntech Studio &#8211; see <a href=\"https:\/\/kairntech.com\/doc\/how-to-create-a-project\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Import documents <\/strong>(via API or manually &#8211; see <a href=\"https:\/\/kairntech.com\/doc\/how-to-upload-documents\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>)\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The uploaded documents are automatically converted, segmented, vectorized and indexed with a default configuration. As in many other places, the system offers reasonable defaults that have been found to work with a variety of LLMs that are accessible via Kairntech.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You have access to a number of \u201c<strong>AI agent tools<\/strong>\u201d and can edit each of them through simple text messages:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u201c<strong>Search in documents<\/strong>\u201d is the predefined tool that attempts to answer a user\u2019s question by accessing relevant documents from the stored content (Retriever function from a RAG scenario for instance).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201c<strong>Classify question<\/strong>\u201d determines the user&#8217;s intention as to whether the LLM should use its general knowledge or activate a specific tool (such as document search).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201c<strong>Define chat parameters<\/strong>\u201d allows the user to switch in debug mode.
